1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or using Scentra Select ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Subscription Plans
Scentra Select offers monthly fragrance subscription plans (Core, Reserve, and Scentra Select). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
3. Billing & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of your initial purchase. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Your first month may be billed at a discounted promotional rate; subsequent months are billed at the standard plan rate. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to receive your fragrance for the month already paid. No refunds are issued for partial months. To cancel, log in and visit your Dashboard, or contact us at support@scentraselect.com.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after your billing date. Scentra Select is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-shipment.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on shipped items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@scentraselect.com and we will make it right.
7. Add-Ons
Optional add-ons (such as the Second Fragrance add-on) are billed as a separate monthly recurring charge in addition to your base plan. Add-ons can be cancelled independently from your main subscription through your Dashboard.
8. Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable once purchased. The recipient must create an account using the email address the gift was sent to in order to redeem. Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew.
9. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@scentraselect.com.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Scentra Select website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Scentra Select and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Scentra Select shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the most recent month of your subscription.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
